Summer Training

For those of you not going home there will be the opportunity to train on campus over the summer.

For the rest of June (this week and next) there will be a session on monday night 8-10 as usual. There will be no thursday session as I am away on training courses with work.

From July there will be one session a week on thursday nights 8-10.

The summer sessions will be different from term time sessions and there will be more exploration of aspects of our jitsu which do not directly fall onto the syllabus. I will also be training along with you as the haks get left at home in the summer heat.

For those of you not in Colchester over the summer, take a look at the TJF website (linked to on the left hand tool bar) and have a go training at another club in your home town, go on expland your horizons - you never know you might like it!!
