There is also an excellent video on you tube with a demonstration and explanation from the kodokan dojo (the home of judo)

I think the search is something like "nage no kata kodokan"

I watched it and knew some of the words and throws woo :) Also they did what I like to call the 'ryu' throw from street fighter, its the sacrifice throw that uses the foot. Also whats that throw they do early on where they lift them up between their shoulders, looks interesting :)
