Nage No Kata - Sunday April 27th Essex Uni
We shall be running a NNK course for green and above at Essex on the 27th of April.
This course will hopefully be taught by Nicola Price and is at our own dojo so all who are eligible should (must) attend.

Randori Nationals - Weekend of the 1st/2nd March
Another fantastic weekend of Jitsu with over 1000 other people enjoying training, competing (this time in a Judo style contest) and of course socialising.

Course for orange and above, free training for yellows and novices
This sunday (12th November) there will be an AI / I /CI course at Essex Uni.
For Orange+ the course will run from 1-6 and will include classroom and dojo teaching and practice.
